LEGAL UPDATE; CAC TO COMMENCE ENFORCEMENT OF CORPORATE DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS FROM 1st AUGUST 2026
The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced that it will commence enforcement of the statutory disclosure requirements contained in Section 304 & 729 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 (CAMA) with effect from 1st day of August 2026.
